Draft Studio

ABOUT DRAFT STUDIO

We started Draft Studio because good businesses kept buying bad branding.

A small team of strategists, designers and media buyers. No account layer, no hand-offs, no theatre.

Draft Studio started with a pattern we kept seeing: a capable business with a real product, held back by branding that made it look smaller than it was.

So we built the studio around the missing step. Before anything is designed, we work out what the business is actually selling, to whom, and why anyone should switch.

Everything downstream - the identity, the site, the feed, the ad spend - is just that answer, expressed well.

PATTERN

A capable business that reads smaller than it is.

THE MISSING STEP

The positioning work that belongs before any design.

EXPRESSED WELL

Identity, site, feed and spend, all saying one thing.

Isometric diagram of the missing step: a capable business drawn small inside the frame it should fill, a module grid with one slot empty and the missing module held above it, and the same answer expressed across four aligned outputs.
MISSION
Make smaller businesses look and sell like the best in their category.
VISION
A studio clients keep for years, not a supplier they replace every eighteen months.

Four things we will not trade.

01

Say the hard thing early

If the brief is wrong, you hear it in week one, not in the final presentation.

02

Taste is not decoration

Restraint is a business decision. Clutter makes buyers hesitate.

03

Own the number

We agree what success looks like before we start, then report against it.

04

Leave it editable

Every deliverable is handed over in a form your team can actually use.

Why clients stay past the first project.

Senior people only

The person in the pitch is the person doing the work. There is no junior handover.

Fixed scope, fixed dates

Quoted up front. If scope changes, you approve it before we spend an hour on it.

Full ownership

Source files, ad accounts, domains, logins. All yours, from day one.

One point of contact

One thread, one person, replies inside a working day.

If that sounds like the way you want to work, say hello.
